This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you can and cannot do with HomeCompose. It is part of our Terms of Use; read it together with the Terms, especially section 7.
HomeCompose is an online tool that uses artificial intelligence to create design ideas for homes, gardens and commercial spaces. It creates new looks from the photos of spaces you upload. This policy applies to everything you upload and create.
You can use HomeCompose to:
Upload a photo of a space you own or have permission to use: a room, garden, terrace, building exterior, office, shop, hotel or similar place.
Create design, decor, colour, material and layout ideas for that space.
Use the results to plan your own project. Designs made on a paid plan can also be used commercially, for example in client presentations and property listings; designs made on the free plan are for personal, non-commercial use only (see section 5 of our Terms of Use).
Show the results to others. If you show AI-changed images of a property, say that they are AI visualizations wherever the law or the platform you use requires it.
Do not use HomeCompose to:
Upload or create adult, sexual, explicit or sexually suggestive (NSFW) content. This includes nudity.
Upload or create content that harms children, in particular any content that shows children in a sexual context or sexualizes them.
Upload or create content that contains, glorifies or promotes violence, hate, discrimination, harassment, self-harm or terrorism.
Upload or create illegal content, or use HomeCompose for an illegal purpose.
Violate anyone's privacy, image rights or intellectual property.
Upload photos of people without their permission.
Impersonate another person.
Swap faces, create deepfakes or imitate or alter a person's face or appearance. We do not offer tools designed for this, and trying to use HomeCompose for it also breaks this policy.
Mislead people, for example by presenting AI images as real photos of a property.
Try to get around the rules or to obtain prohibited content, for example with "jailbreak" methods or prompts designed to trick the AI.
Misuse the service, for example with automated or bulk access without our permission. Details are in section 7 of our Terms of Use.
HomeCompose is an independent product. It uses third-party AI models as part of the service, and it is not affiliated with the developers of those models or endorsed by them.
We may block requests that we believe break this policy, remove content and suspend or close your account. We have the same powers under sections 3 and 7 of our Terms of Use.

We may update this policy as HomeCompose changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and before important changes take effect we will tell you in the product or by email.
