1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using HomeCompose, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
If you use HomeCompose on behalf of a company, studio, agency, or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. What HomeCompose provides
HomeCompose is an AI-assisted redesign workspace for interiors, exteriors, gardens, patios, terraces, furniture exploration, and style direction.
HomeCompose outputs are planning aids and visual concepts. They are not architectural drawings, engineering advice, construction documents, safety assessments, or a substitute for qualified professional review.
3. Accounts, access, and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or purchase a paid plan. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
We may suspend or limit access if we believe an account is being used unlawfully, abusively, or in a way that could harm HomeCompose, other users, or third-party services.
4. Uploaded content and user rights
You keep ownership of photos, prompts, notes, and other materials you upload. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process that content.
You grant HomeCompose a limited license to host, process, transform, display, and store your uploaded content and generated outputs solely as needed to provide, secure, improve, and support the service.
5. AI outputs and design decisions
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, unrealistic, or unsuitable for a particular property, building code, climate, budget, or construction method. You should review outputs carefully before relying on them.
You are responsible for decisions made from HomeCompose outputs, including purchases, renovations, construction, staging, and client presentations. Consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
6. Payments and subscriptions
If paid plans, credits, subscriptions, or add-ons are offered, prices, renewal terms, usage limits, and refund rules will be shown at checkout or inside the product before purchase.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. HomeCompose does not store full card numbers and may rely on payment providers for billing, tax, invoice, and fraud-prevention functions.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use HomeCompose to upload illegal content, violate privacy rights, infringe intellectual property, impersonate others, reverse engineer the service, bypass usage limits, or interfere with service infrastructure.
You may not use the service to generate deceptive, harmful, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, or otherwise abusive content. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules.
8. Intellectual property
HomeCompose owns the service, software, interface, brand, design system, and related intellectual property. These Terms do not transfer ownership of HomeCompose technology or branding to you.
If you send feedback, suggestions, or product ideas, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation, while you continue to own your underlying submitted content.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
HomeCompose is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, specific design outcomes, or compatibility with every property or workflow.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeCompose will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or renovation-related losses.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. When changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the product, website, or account email.
